How do I book a picnic?
Click the "BOOK NOW" button and send us a message. We will reach out to you via email or phone call with information on how to proceed!
Where can I have my picnic?
Beaches, Parks, Backyards, & Indoor Venues located in 30A, Panama City Beach, & Mexico Beach. If you would like your picnic outside of the listed areas, a travel fee may apply.
What's the reschedule/cancelation policy?
To reschedule: you have up until 48 hours before the time of your picnic to let us know the new date/time you would like to change it to. If you reschedule anytime within 48 hours of the time of your picnic, a $50 reschedule fee will apply.
To cancel: you have up until a week before the time of your picnic to let us know and you will be given a full refund. If you cancel anytime within a week of the time of your picnic, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 deposit that is already included in the total price of your picnic.
What if the weather is bad?
We will keep an eye out on the forecast for you! If the weather looks too bad to continue, we will contact you ASAP with options on how to proceed.
